Intel, one of the world’s largest and highest valued semiconductor chip makers, worked with ComboApp to spearhead the pilot program that seeks out and fosters app developers whose products take advantage of Intel’s patented X86 architecture.
ComboApp was tasked with providing selected developers mobile marketing services to optimize their products. Tailored to a particular target audience, we developed and implemented marketing strategies to gain traction and recognition in the mobile market.
After analyzing the apps and understanding their key differentiators, ComboApp developed a customized marketing campaign consisting of app promotions via mommy bloggers, parenting podcast promotions, and with a targeted user acquisition campaign.
Integrated marketing solutions for all 14 selected apps significantly increased the active user base. Media placements included The Examiner, MomDot and high-profile iTunes podcasts.
